Stephen also serves as President of the Association of Investigators and Security Professionals and sits on the Victorian Security Industry Advisory Council, contributing to industry standards and best practice.

Joel is the National Business Manager, responsible for driving national growth and developing key client partnerships. As a senior point of contact, he combines operational insight with strong commercial understanding to ensure every engagement delivers real outcomes. Darren leads Oracle Investigation Services’ Surveillance, Digital Intelligence & Workplace Integrity division and is recognised for his extensive investigative and operational leadership experience across law enforcement, government and private sector investigations. With more than 30 years’ experience spanning homicide, child abuse, covert operations, fraud, misconduct and workplace integrity investigations, Darren drives complex investigative operations nationally with strategic oversight and intelligence-led expertise.
